Tropical Summer Crush

This is a great way to cool off during the hot summer days.


  • Ripe mango peeled, pitted and chopped (allowance).
  • Ripe paw-paw peeled and chopped (allowance).
  • Kiwi fruit peeled and chopped (allowance).
  • Sprite Zero (allowance)
  • Crushed ice.
  • Fresh Strawberry and mint to garnish.


  • Combine all the chopped fruit into the blender.
  • Add Sprite Zero and Ice and blend.
  • Pour the mixture into tall glass.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and a strawberry.
