Herbed Salmon with Tagliatelle

Ready now to enjoy some pasta?!  From day 18 of your Phase 3 program you can enjoy something new!

Ingredients:

  • Cooked Tagliatelle Pasta (allowance) – use Shirataki Fettucine if you are still on Phase 2
  • Wild or Farm Fresh Salmon (allowance)
  • Olive Oil (allowance
  • 1 Crushed Garlic Clove
  • Lemon Juice (allowance)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Freshly chopped Rosemary and Sage to taste

Method:

  • Place Salmon onto a large piece of foil.
  • Sprinkle over the garlic, salt and pepper and lemon juice.
  • Close foil to make a parcel and bake in a hot oven until cooked.
  • A few minutes before removing it from the oven open the foil parcel and brown under the grill.
  • Toss the pasta in the olive oil and fresh herbs and place on a plate.
  • Season with Salt and Pepper if necessary.
  • Top with the Salmon and pour over the juice from the parcel.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
